thoughts rattle in my skull like loosened screws, i cry to stop but it’s drowned by roars of steel, the traincar heaves and screeches with no end, i throw myself against the window and, i scrape across the racing Earth until, a ditch, it traps me there and lays me still.
a stretcher comes i scream “away! i’m fine”, the words pass through them, scanning for their signs. they reach for pills, i scream into the dirt, for He who lays in the molten core alert, Ahriman, with his frenzy of compassion, hears my cries and strikes me full with lightning.
i leap and sprint against the whipping wind, it rips the skin across my bloody face, the men in scrubs shout out to me and blare, my legs thrust forward wild and free of care,
spent and done, i fall and lay aside, and on my back, i toast my petrol chalice to the black and booming sky,
the dark clouds watch and thunder with ovation, then part and leave me crawling in oblation, wretched, crawling, amidst the fallen light, i claw your feet and plead give me more so i may fight
